Our Clients

The client is in the logistics and supply chain support industry and trade in the global exchange of goods through land transport, worldwide air and ocean freight, contract logistics and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

General Description

  • Contract Retention / Renewal
  • Amplify the current program
  • Keep good relationship with customers and information gathering
  • Accountability to customers
  • Leading Staff
  • Supporting Head of Account Management

Specific Accountabilities

  • Taking charge of multiple large-scale customers (ideally revenue more than JPY 500M per customer p.a.)
  • To conclude the contract with negotiation for pricing, condition, liability, and SLA (KPI)
  • Revenue Increasing by rate review and approaching new program
  • Collaboration with customers (promoting customer’ project with coordinating other functions, proposal for operation efficiency, etc)
  • Leading business review (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually)
  • Budgeting with respective warehouse managers (revenue portion)
  • Interface to RHO and Global commercial team
  • Leading staff and appropriate advices to conduct successfully
  • Setup target of growth

Job Requirements

Skills Required

  • Good understanding of entire logistics flow and business requirement
  • Good communication with Negotiation and presentation skill
  • Business level English & Japanese (both verbal & written)
  • Basic MS office skill (Word, Excel, Power Point) and knowledge of WMS
  • Ability to recognize the situation and issues if any from data
  • Ability to positively deal with issues to resolve
  • Knowledge of International Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Domestic Transport, Project management skill
  • Ability of appropriate decision making

Experiences and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years multiple staff management experience
  • Sales oriented
  • Work in a multinational environment
  • Target and Result oriented
