The client is in the logistics and supply chain support industry and trade in the global exchange of goods through land transport, worldwide air and ocean freight, contract logistics and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

General Description

  • Willing to Learn skills, global rules and any conventions
  • Handle Cargo Claim to support the case
  • Communicate with Global teams to support Product team

  • Manage to minimize the risk for any possibilities

Job Requirements

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills (Japanese/English)
  • Ability for Local laws/relevant regulations
  • Strong desire to work within a challenging and evolving environment that requires vision and drive to overcome challenges and hurdles to growth
  • Acts and presents easily at executive level both internally and with customers
  • Willingness to integrate and work with different profiles

Experiences and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years working experience in Freight forwarder business
  • Cargo Claim
  • Experience in cargo claim handling
  • Knowledge of International conventions
