Responsibilities
General Description
- Create a work plan based on the daily volume and priority
- Understanding productivity and capabilities of team
- Grasp progress and report to Control Tower and senior supervisor
- Business communication with both customer (internal and external)
- Creation and update of WI and SOP
Specific Accountabilities
- Keep SLA/KPI with customer
- Control resource allocation
- Create draft SOP/WI
- Achieve target UPH/UPPH
- Create corrective action/ preventive action if occur issue
Job Requirements
Skills Required
- PC skills ( Excel / Word / PowerPoint )
- Communication skill with field operator
Experiences and Qualifications
- Preferable experience as of project leader or warehouse supervisor
- Preferable experience of logistics
