General Description

  • Business Development for new clients and account maintenance for existing clients.

Specific Accountabilities

  • Responsible for overall volumes / GP from assigned customers
  • Hunting for new business from new and existing (new lane / product) customers
  • Set up targets of growth agreed by management, develop solutions to the customers
  • Achieve target UPH/UPPH
  • Plan / Create strategic sales activities to the target customers

Job Requirements

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills (Japanese / Preferable English)
  • PC skills (Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
  • Basic English skills (email, reading documents)

Experiences and Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of any kind of Sales experiences is required
  • Sales experiences in Trading Company or Manufacturer, knowledge for import & export are preferable
  • Any work experience in freight forwarding business is preferred but no experience is also welcome
