Responsibilities
General Description
- Preferred security experience or knowledge(TAPA/ C-TPAD)
- Ability to influence and lead without direct authority – no direct reports and requires strong matrix management skills
- Willingness to travel and having a strong cultural awareness
- Strong communication skills – additional languages strong advantage
Specific Accountabilities
- Support and lead Quality, Health & Safety, Security and Environment team
- Reengineering and process improvements
- Intelligent certification management
- Support internal/customer Audit
- Develop/enhance the framework of Management System
Job Requirements
Skills Required
- Good communication skills(Japanese/English)
- Expert for Quality Management system or else(ISO9001/GDP/GMP/TAPA…or such)
- Disaster Management(BCP)
- Strong desire to work within a challenging and evolving environment that requires vision and drive to overcome challenges and hurdles to growth
Experiences and Qualifications
- Basic acknowledgement of freight security
- Working experience in any Quality department
- Good communication skill in English of negotiate and coordinate with customer and internal
- Experience in Healthcare Freight forward/Logistics if any
- Quality experience in establishing and delivering Good Distribution Practices (GDP) standard Healthcare Freight Forwarder/Logistics service if any
