Responsibilities
General Description
- Planning proposals and various adjustments to vendors and other domestic and external
parties - Build and maintain good relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
- Management and education of division members and promotion of business improvement
Specific Accountabilities
- Achieve customer-agreed quality and lead times (SLA)
- Have regular meetings with customers and clearly grasp and practice customer requirements
- Planning of short- and medium-term business plans (responses during longterm holidays, medium- to long-term business improvement plans, etc.)
- Give your subordinates educational opportunities and encourage them to improve their skills
Job Requirements
Skills Required
- PC Skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Communication skills (including English)
- Knowledge and experience skills related to business improvement
- Counting management capabilities
Experiences and Qualifications
- More than 3 years of experience in logistics, flow, delivery industry, etc.
- More than 2 years of business management experience
- Quality control operations in manufacturing, inspection and production lines
