Responsibilities

General Description

  • Planning proposals and various adjustments to vendors and other domestic and external
    parties
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Management and education of division members and promotion of business improvement

Specific Accountabilities

  • Achieve customer-agreed quality and lead times (SLA)
  • Have regular meetings with customers and clearly grasp and practice customer requirements
  • Planning of short- and medium-term business plans (responses during longterm holidays, medium- to long-term business improvement plans, etc.)
  • Give your subordinates educational opportunities and encourage them to improve their skills

Job Requirements

Skills Required

  • PC Skill (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Communication skills (including English)
  • Knowledge and experience skills related to business improvement
  • Counting management capabilities

Experiences and Qualifications

  • More than 3 years of experience in logistics, flow, delivery industry, etc.
  • More than 2 years of business management experience
  • Quality control operations in manufacturing, inspection and production lines
