Job Description
Our Clients
The client is in the logistics and supply chain support industry and trade in the global exchange of goods through land transport, worldwide air and ocean freight, contract logistics and supply chain management.
Responsibilities
General Description
- Create a work plan based on the daily volume and priority
- Understanding productivity and capabilities of team
- Grasp progress and report to Control Tower and senior supervisor
- Drive continuous process improvement
- Creation and update of WI and SOP
- Business communication with both customer (internal and external)
Specific Accountabilities
- Keep SLA/KPI with customer
- Control resource allocation with respective supervisors
- Capacity planning
- Finalize draft SOP
- Set up target UPH/UPPH
- Create corrective action/ preventive action if occur issue
Job Requirements
Skills Required
- PC skills ( Excel / Word / PowerPoint )
- Communication skill with the operator and the carrier (Yamato)
Experiences and Qualifications
- Preferable experience as of project leader or supervisor.
- Preferable experience of logistics
