We are a global company providing services such as office rental in 3,000 locations in 120 countries. We are expanding our operations due to strong business performance. Many non-Japanese employees are working in the Japan operation, and you will be able to use your English skills in this work environment.
Responsibilities
Purpose of Role
- As a Talent Acquisition, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of the recruitment process from strategy to operations. The number of recruits is targeted at 30-40 per year. You will also be actively involved in marketing and branding for recruiting.
Specific Accountabilities
- Planning of annual recruiting plan and strategy
- Recruitment activities utilizing SNS such as LinkedIn
- Networking with prospective candidates
- Collaborate with each department to identify talents needed
Job Requirements
Skills Required
- English/Japanese communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Bilingual in Japanese and English (Business)
Experiences and Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting using LinkedIn
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience
