Responsibilities
General Description
- Management of logistics operations, such as management of storage/delivery/stock/transport
Numerical management of personnel and materials including labor
Operation process improvement proposal
W/I creation, work staff education
Specific Accountabilities
- Secure SLA by devising work plans and staffing based on numerical basis, and managing progress
- Guarantee that work is performed according to SOP
- Work with engineer team to meet customer requirements
- Develop a medium- to long-term resource plan that is lean against physical quantity
- Training workers to improve work proficiency and reduce costs
Job Requirements
Skills Required
- PC skill（MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint）
- Knowledge and experience skills related to business improvement
- Communication skill
Experiences and Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in any Engineering or its equivalent
- Over 3 years experience in logistics, distribution, delivery industry etc
- Manufacturing, inspection, quality control work in the production line
