Responsibilities
General Description
- Grasp progress and report to customers
- Business communication with both customer (internal and external)
- Drive continuous process improvement
Specific Accountabilities
- Keep SLA/KPI with customer
- Capacity planning
- Finalize draft SOP
- Set up target UPH/UPPH
- Create corrective action/ preventive action if occur issue
Job Requirements
Skills Required
- PC skills ( Excel / Word / PowerPoint )
- Communication skill in Japanese, good for English
- Problem-solving skill
Experiences and Qualifications
- Preferable experience as of project leader or supervisor
- Preferable experience of logistics at least 5 yrs
